Going through the loan process to get the mortgage is usually the most difficult part of buying a home. We have to share intimate financial information about ourselves to someone we most likely have never met, a loan agent. They often have an on line application we can fill out anonymously.
Your particular financial situation is unique to yourself, the borrower. A good loan agent will collect the data you give them and make suggestions for the type of loan program that is best for you.
Sometimes low credit scores, very little credit, or no credit may dictate that we’ll all have to wait until the situation can be corrected. Usually only a few months. But, talk to a loan agent first and let them give you helpful feedback for your quickest recovery.
